Get to know me

I am your trusted BFF colleague: ready to review any piece of work to make you look good. When you succeed, I succeed.

I am a corporate relationship & account manager turned copy editor and proofreader. My expertise in internal communications, board reports, presentations, newsletters, and managing several projects at once, along with being the go-to team proofreader, made the leap to professional editing a no-brainer. I am known for my type-A organizational skills, time management, being detail-oriented, and thoughtful analyses.  And I have completely fan-girled over meeting several Canadian celebrity chefs!

Some fun facts

My favourite book is Possessing the Secret of Joy by Alice Walker.
All-inclusive resorts in a sunny destination, with a frozen drink in hand, is my dream vacation.
Oxford commas make me happy. (Disclaimer: if they aren't your thing, I will follow your lead!)
I am a mom to 3 amazing, loud, busy, hilarious boys. Along with our princess dog, Sophie, and my husband, our house is never quiet.
Musicals also make me happy. My two favourites are Lion King and Wicked
I am big Toronto sports fan, with the Jays at the top of my list. And I am so happy there are finally professional women's leagues.
